Shipping policy
Standard delivery to mainland UK (2-3 working days)
Delivery charges are based on total order weight, ranging from £1.00 to £4.80
We are sorry, but there may be additional delivery charges for customers in other areas, such as Northern Island, the Isle of Mann and Scottish Highlands and islands. If so, an automatic shipping fee will be available at checkout, or we will get in touch before processing your order. Please note, we will only ever charge the delivery price charged to us.
All deliveries are safely packaged, sent by courier and should be with you within two to three working days. (Please note, orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed on Monday morning.)
Express delivery (1-2 working days)
Available for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed Monday. Only available for delivery within Mainland UK.
AM delivery - before 12pm next working day
Will arrive before 12pm the next working day. Available for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed Monday. Only available for delivery within Mainland UK.
Free Express delivery (1-2 working days) on orders over £210
Available on all products. Only available for delivery within Mainland UK. Available for orders placed before 12pm, if ordered after this time they may be processed the next day. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be processed Monday. (Please note, "working days" are classified as Monday-Friday and exclude bank holidays.)
Returns shipping
If you have ordered the wrong paint and would like a replacement sending out (upon us receiving the old paint back from yourself) then please note that there could be a £6 shipping fee.
International Delivery
We offer International shipping on our paint to a range of different countries (please see list below). There are various different services available, with the price worked out in checkout based on the delivery address you input.
Unfortunately we are currently not shipping accessories or colour cards internationally.
Please note, prices shown do not include duties or additional charges that may occur due to goods being imported into your country.
